We are a family agricultural company dedicated to olive growing and production of superior quality extra virgin olive oil <\/strong>in the province of Cordoba, Andalusia.<\/p>\n

In 1989 we began our journey as olive growers and in 2001 we decided to make the leap to the processing industry with our own oil mill in order to mill our freshly harvested olives and thus preserve all their freshness and natural quality.<\/p>\n

A high production capacity<\/strong> together with maximum attention to the agricultural techniques and to the transformation and production processes, allow us to guarantee the quality and traceability<\/strong> of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/strong> in order to satisfy the demanding needs of our customers, bottlers and national and international distributors.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We are in the Guadalquivir countryside, a privileged viewpoint from which we can contemplate the castle of Almodovar del Rio and the foothills of Sierra Morena.<\/p>\n

Our olive grove, rich in biodiversity<\/strong>, allows us to enjoy birds such as the cogujada, owls, herons, pairs of pheasants, partridges, and owls that, among other birds, have found their home in our crops. Rabbits and foxes are also included among the variety of species that enjoy the environment of Coto Bajo. Our natural management of our fields attracts beekeepers to place their hives in our olive groves, obtaining unique, high quality and pure honeys from the countryside. <\/p>\n

This unique place for its climate, variety of soils and fauna, motivates us as farmers to take care of the environment, to cultivate our olive groves in a sustainable way and to produce our olive oils with the utmost care for quality.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
