Les deux sont aussi naturelles et d\u00e9licieuses l&rsquo;une que l&rsquo;autre. Au cours du processus de production de l&rsquo;huile, les polyph\u00e9nols apolaires sont conserv\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;huile, tandis que les polyph\u00e9nols polaires sont \u00e9limin\u00e9s avec l&rsquo;eau. Ainsi, les huiles non filtr\u00e9es, contenant de petites portions d&rsquo;eau, contiennent \u00e0 la fois des polyph\u00e9nols polaires et apolaires. Toutefois, ces avantages suppl\u00e9mentaires ne compensent pas les exigences de conservation et de consommation, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.20minutos.es\/cronicaverde\/2022\/01\/28\/es-mejor-el-aceite-de-oliva-sin-filtrar-los-expertos-lo-niegan\/\">selon les experts<\/a>.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1844142 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"1844142\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b07228 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2b07228\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Est-il donc plus judicieux d'acheter une huile d'olive extra vierge qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 subi le processus de filtrage ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-59f1363 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"59f1363\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans les cas o\u00f9 nous pr\u00e9voyons de consommer les deux huiles sur une courte p\u00e9riode, les huiles non trait\u00e9es et filtr\u00e9es ont des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9quivalentes et sont tout aussi b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, des complications apparaissent lorsque la consommation se prolonge dans le temps. L&rsquo;huile non filtr\u00e9e, en raison des impuret\u00e9s qu&rsquo;elle contient, a tendance \u00e0 se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer plus rapidement, ce qui entra\u00eene une perte de qualit\u00e9.
