Cette reconnaissance souligne la qualit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9 de la proposition gastronomique de cet \u00e9tablissement qui a 50 ans d&rsquo;histoire.   <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;une des curiosit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;endroit est que sa carte n&rsquo;a pas chang\u00e9 depuis les ann\u00e9es 70, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de l&rsquo;ajout de quelques plats. La viande de gibier est propos\u00e9e en saison, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception du sanglier en sauce, qui est disponible toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.
