Our commitment to social responsibility

At Coto Bajo we contribute to the improvement and progress of present and future generations, through actions that favor the development and support of different groups and stakeholders.

Sports and healthy habits

We collaborate with the Cordoba Trotacalles Athletics School and its work in training, support and promotion of this sport. We understand that physical activity contributes to the development of values such as tolerance, respect, discipline and responsibility, in addition to promoting the empowerment of youth and women. We also see sport as a way that offers the possibility of integrating people in vulnerable situations. For all these reasons, we are always mindful of what physical exercise brings in terms of health, education and inclusion.

Integration of women in the labor market

We promote the incorporation of women in rural work, industry and farm management. For this reason, we collaborate with the Emilio Canalejo Institute of Higher Education ( Montilla) and its training cycle of Medium Technical Degree in Olive Oils. Specifically with the project “Estamos preparadas (siempre fue así)” (We are prepared (it was always like this), whose objective is the labor integration of women in olive oil mills.

Women are part of our staff for field work and operation of agricultural machinery, as well as in the management and direction of the agro-industrial exploitation.

Collaboration with non-profit charitable organizations

These include the Food Bank of Medina Azahara (Córdoba) and the donation of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to associations that carry out essential social work in Córdoba, providing food to families in need and at risk of social exclusion.
