Natural regulatory mechanisms
Years of experience and observation of our olive groves and the influence that the ecosystem has on their development, have led us to give priority to natural regulation mechanisms that provide added value to the product both in its production process and in its elaboration and transformation, which ensures traceability from the tree to the consumer’s table.
We take advantage of all the by-product generated from the process of transforming olives into oil to produce our own compost that we apply to the field once the harvest is finished, to provide organic matter to the soil at the moment when the olive tree needs it most.
