In recent years, we have devoted tireless efforts in the development of products that reflect our commitment to ecology. We are proud to announce that, last January, we reached a new milestone in this journey by obtaining the European organic certification by the certifying body CAAE, complying with the requirements established by the EU Regulation 2018/848 on organic production and labeling of organic products. This achievement is the result of the hard work of our entire team, which successfully passed all the audits carried out.
The culmination of a dream: Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
In recent weeks, we have reached another important milestone with the launch of our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This product represents the very essence of our commitment to organic and has been enthusiastically received by our customers.
In all our organic fields, we follow an approach that completely excludes the use of herbicides, pesticides and synthetic fertilizers or chemical fertilizers. This strategy guarantees that the olives we harvest are completely natural, with no traces of chemicals and retaining all their original characteristics in their purest state.
Our exclusive Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil exhibits a lovely golden-green hue, reflecting its freshness and vitality. When tasted, fragrances of fresh leaves and herbs are appreciated, with delicate hints of apple and still green tomatoes. In the mouth, its flavor is harmonious, with a subtle spiciness and bitterness, enriched by a hint of sweetness that makes it a very pleasant sensory experience.
The essence of the Cordovan olive grove
Our organic oil is not only a high quality product, but also encapsulates all the essence of the Cordovan olive grove. Each drop is the result of a careful production process that respects both the environment and the ancestral traditions of our region.
Present at Alimentaria 2024
