Extra virgin olive oil

Coto Bajo extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) of high superior quality from our own harvest, obtained from first extraction in our mill.

Our olive groves are home to Picual, Arbequina, Hojiblanca and Pajarera olive varieties.

We cultivate without the use of pesticides, pesticides, or polluting agents, working in balance with our nature and biodiversity.

Our olives are harvested at their ideal moment of ripeness and are taken directly from the olive grove to our own mill to be milled in less than two hours, under strict hygienic measures and a rigorous sanitary control. This guarantees the high quality and traceability of our product.

In order to preserve the best properties and qualities of our product we only pack on demand. In order to bring our EVOO from the field to the consumer’s table, thus preserving its physical-chemical and organoleptic characteristics.
